With both Fabrication and Machining Workshops, GCS Service A1 Hydraulics are able to provide other general fabrication and machining services within the materials handling and warehousing industries.
We can work with you to manufacture spare parts, improve, maintain or repair workplace health and safety components, or assist in the design and development of custom projects.
General Fabrication
- Measure, design and install all forms of safety bollards, handrails and fencing for the Warehousing Industry
- Welding repairs to Earth Moving equipment. (For example Excavator Buckets, Scraper bars etc.)
- Special Builds as per customer's requirements
General Machining
- Manufacturing of spare parts with the use of manual Lathes and Mills.
- Jig boring and re-sleeving worn components to achieve original hole diameters.
- Machining pad welded parts to original measurements.
