Hydraulic Dock Levellers

GCS Service A1 Hydraulics has a fully equipped Service Truck and Van available to carry out service and repairs to all types of Hydraulic Dock Levellers.

Initial inspections and some repairs can take place on-site, however we have the ability to transport docks to our workshop in Hallam for all major repairs.

Routine Service Inspection

Carrying out routine service inspections on all types of dock levellers and goods lifts to maintain the correct operations. Inspections can take place at custom intervals throughout the year as determined by the customer.

As part of the inspections, GCS Service A1 Hydraulics can provide full checklists, repairs required and all other relevant paperwork.

We can also provide routine service inspections and repairs on Warehouse Rapid Roller and Panel Doors.

Dock Leveller repairs

We are fully equipped to conduct repairs onsite, with all major fabrication and repairs completed in our workshop.

General repairs include:

  • Full refurbishment of dock levellers
  • Fabrication of new dock levellers
  • Repair or replacement of hydraulic components, cylinders and powerpacks
  • Installation and repairs of Airbag Systems, Access Doors and Coolroom Panels
As well as Routine service inspections and repairs on Warehouse roller and panel doors.
